Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Data you give us: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and password when you create an account; identity documents you upload for KYC; payment receipts, bank transfer details and shipping/delivery information you submit for an order; photos and videos you upload against an order; and anything you write to us through a contact form or a support chat.

Data collected automatically: IP address (used to guess your country and to rate-limit abuse), browser and device information, pages viewed and actions taken on the site, and cookies as described below.

We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials on this site. Payments are made by bank transfer outside the site; we only see the receipt you choose to upload.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.

To show prices in your currency and country, and to display the site in your language.

To process, fulfil and track a vehicle purchase, inspection, shipping and customs clearance, and to meet the identity checks that import and customs rules require.

To contact you about your order by email, phone or WhatsApp, and to send service notifications.

To operate, protect and improve the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process data to perform the contract you enter into with us, to comply with legal and customs obligations, with your consent where you have given it (for example marketing messages or non-essential analytics), and for our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only as needed to deliver the service: with auction houses, exporters, inspection companies, shipping lines, customs brokers and delivery agents involved in your order; with government authorities where import, customs or law requires it; and with service providers who host our systems, store files, send email and deliver WhatsApp or push messages on our behalf.

Because vehicles are exported from Korea, your data will be transferred and processed outside your own country, including in the Republic of Korea and in the countries where our hosting and storage providers operate.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: your session/authentication cookies and your saved language and currency choices. Where a site operator has enabled analytics or marketing tags, those tools may also set cookies.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but the site may not work correctly without the necessary ones.

6. Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting, tax, customs and other legal obligations. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls and hashed passwords — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by writing to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we may keep data we are legally required to retain (for example completed order and customs records).

9. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; read their own privacy policies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date above changes. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the update.
